Assistant Director of Nursing - RN

About the Facility: Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation is a charming 60 bed 5 Star facility nestled in the heart of Greenville with a warm and cozy feeling from the moment you walk in the door.
The ADON will work along side the DON and other nurse managers to monitor the functioning of the department and performance of the employees.
He/she has to make sure that a standard of quality is maintained in all the operations and all the employees of this department are efficient to execute their duties.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling.
-Inventory management.
- Recruitment and training.
-Supervision and performance appraisal.
-Documentation and payroll.
Qualifications:
-Must have a current state RN in good standing
-Must have nurse management or supervisory experience
-5 years LTC experience preferred
-EMR experience
